SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Helping Hands Electric & HVAC through our website at https://helpinghandselectric.com, via our scheduling forms, or through other approved communication channels and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

2. Cancellation Instructions
