Great to find a company that takes pride
My new stove kept tripping the breaker and after looking at many electricians and their customer reviews, I decided to go with Helping Hand Electrical. They had so many positive reviews (and recent too) I figured I’d try them. All reviews were spot on. I called on Monday, they scheduled a visit for Tuesday afternoon! Ader came on time and determined the problem quickly. He had to change the power on the outlet because the stove required more than the outlet could supply. He changed out/rewired it all, but he didn’t have the right power cord in his truck, so had to come back. He came back the next morning with the proper cord, and I used the oven that night, no problem. I will use them again and recommend them to others! Great to find a company that takes pride in their work!! Thanks Ader!

I have to say they need more than five stars. My breaker was off and I tried to turn it back on. I thought I had done it right but for some reason it would not work for me. Jacob came and got it working and noticed there was a hot wire that should not be there. He searched it and informed me of the problem. I was very impressed with him. They also got me in right away because he was in my area. Others I called wanted me to wait three to four weeks. I would recommend them anytime. You help out a senior with respect. Thank you.

We had an outdoor outlet that needed to be replaced. Helping Hands gave me a few ideas on troubleshooting while on the phone. We could schedule an appointment for the next week when those were exhausted. There was email and text confirmation. The day came, and we had a two-hour window for the electrician to arrive. When he didn't come in that window, I called to inquire if he was running late. I was told a job was taking longer and because it was approaching the end of the day they wouldn't be able to get to us that day. I was disappointed since we had planned around that appointment. A few minutes after our call, I received a text and phone call saying they could make it work and were on their way. I totally understand jobs go longer and things don't go as planned, and I appreciate the time it took to make it happen. The only thing that could have been better was communication about this before I called. Our electrician was fast and awesome! We would definitely use Helping Hands again!
